The July edition of the Library newsletter is now available, or pick up a copy at your local branch.
LibraryLink Victoria
LibraryLink Victoria allows library members to search library catalogues across Victoria and Australia, and to borrow/copy resources. A number of conditions apply to the service, and items available from the WRLC cannot be request via LibraryLink. More information available here.
Short Story Competition
The Library's Annual Short Story Competition has now opened. Sections are Teen (12 – 18 years) or Open. Word limits apply: Teen section: not more than 1000 words, and Open section: not more than 2000 words. Entrants must be a member of the Wimmera Regional Library.
Entries will close on 8 September with announcement of winning entries and presentation of prizes to be held 13 October. Check out the Entry Form for details.

Three Horshams Read
This is a project between the libraries in Horsham, West Sussex, England; Horsham, Victoria, Australia; and Horsham, Pennsylvania, USA to read the same books at the same time. A new set of three books has been chosen:
- Horsham AUS - Breath by Tim Winton
- Horsham UK - Atonement by Ian McEwan
- Horsham USA - My sister's keeper by Jodi Picoult
