A quick and easy way to learn more about using computer programs, this service contains hundreds of comprehensive computer training tutorials, with more continually being added. Tutorials include full colour, easy-to-follow screen-shots with step-by-step instructions covering an extensive and varied range of entry-level "How do I ?" learning topics including Computer basics; Email & the Internet; Vista; Word 2007; Photoshop; Publisher; Dreamweaver; and more.

The 2007-2008 Annual Report is now available, as two files - Report and Financials. (Plese note that these are large files). The Report will be considered at a special meeting of the Board of the Wimmera Regional Library Corporation at 10.30 am on Friday 24 October 2008.

Fascinating facts - did you know?Ambergris, historically used as a fixative in perfumes or as a medicine, is a solid waxy substance originating in the intestines of sperm whales. The whales regurgitate it and exposure to the sun, seawater and air causes it to harden and fade to a pale colour. It floats and it washed ashore around the Asian and American costlines.
